Strategy: creating room for learning

We have been talking about the Earth’s trinity that is gravity, humanity and divinity. Jesus said something very powerful; the earth is our home. Atmospheres are created on the earth. God’s intention for humanity from the very beginning was to become a ruler as stated in Genesis 1:26. Humans are the epitome of God’s creation, therefore they must have a strategy. I have also shared with you that in order for you to build your strategy; you must set your mind on things above; you must build layers; you must learn from experiences, and today, I want us to focus on creating room for learning. The scripture states that, If the foundations are destroyed, What can the righteous do? [Psalms 11:3].

Previously, I talked about Nebuchadnezzar and I revealed to you how his son lost the kingdom because he never learnt from his father [Daniel 5]. There’s a difference between learning and studying. Learning is a process. It is a change in human capacity that persists over a period of time. It doesn’t belong to the processes of growth. With learning, your strategy must give you an experience. The difference between the passion of Christ movie and other movies is that it [passion of Christ] reveals an experience of what Jesus did for us at calvary. Therefore, your strategy must give you an experience. Learning is a transformative process of taking in information in that when this information is internalized with what we have experienced, change is inevitable. You study so that you can learn and hence change. Learning is used for acquisition of what is already known. It’s the extension and explanation of what you have experienced.

There are several scriptures that talk about learning in the bible like Proverbs 1:5 states, A wise [man] will hear, and will increase learning; Proverbs 1:7 reads, The fear of the LORD [is] the beginning of knowledge: [but] fools despise wisdom and instruction. So if the fear of the LORD is the beginning is wisdom, which is an experience, then what is the middle of wisdom? It’s learning. Learning gives you wisdom. Proverbs 18:15, two things, the heart and the ear gives us an experience. Proverbs 9:9, if you give instruction to a wise man, he will become more wiser.

In your strategy as a human being, you must put an element of learning. People who make money don’t have eagle’s wings but they are learners. 2 Timothy 3:16 says, All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness. Philippians 4:9 reads, Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. Many people learn but they don’t receive. Receiving is the experience. You hear and the experience is what you see. The reason why we are bad receivers is because we are bad givers. Jesus said, Father in your arms I commit My Spirit because You are a good giver [Luke 23:46].

Some time ago, the Lord instructed me to teach people on how to live because many of them knew how to die than how to live. We need to become learners. Many of us have had experiences but we have not learnt anything to receive. The bible says, His own never received Him hence He did little miracles for them. John 1:12 reads, But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name. The power is of the Holy Spirit which is an experience. Job tells us to receive Him and good shall come to us [Job 22:21-30]. You must receive Jesus. Abraham ran from his tent door to receive God [Genesis 18:2-4]. Once you receive Him, silver and gold will come to you.

Roman 15:4, Endurance is an experience and hope is the reward. 2 John 1:9 reads, Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son. James 1:5 says, If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. John 14:26, But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. We are taught by the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19, Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Daniel 1:17 reads, As for these four young men, God gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom; and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. Learning is a gift from God. Daniel and his companions never went to any college but their learning gave them an experience. Daniel served four kings, and they left him alive; the righteous shall inherit the earth.

As I conclude: learning requires that you receive. Once you receive what you have learnt, you will finish this year better. Jesus said, carry your cross and follow me; my yoke is easy and learn from Me [Matthew 11:29]. The only way you can learn how to receive is when you learn how to give. I pray that you will receive a word of deliverance. Today, I pray that you receive from the LORD. Acquaint yourself with Him, and be at peace [Job 22:21].

Friends, I have to end this text here, and if you have never given your life to Jesus, make Him today your Lord and Savior by asking Him to come into your life.
