Revival Conference- Day 4, Sept-09-2021

We are so grateful to have you, Apostle Justice Blessing Dlamini tonight. All the way from the nation of Swaziland, Southern Africa. Thank you Apostle for being faithful  to the Lord. Apostle Dlamini has Bible Colleges; he is a businessman who understands business; he has an anointing of raising businessmen; he is one of the greatest speakers of our time; he is my brother. We are grateful that you are here via Zoom to minister to us. Uganda and around the world, welcome Apostle Dlamini in Jesus’ mighty name!

I am grateful to participate in this great gathering, proclaiming the word and mind of God and the purpose of God in such a time as this. We thank God for this great opportunity to partake of the word of God together and feasting on what He is revealing in this last hour. Before I go into the summon for today, I want to acknowledge my wife, Pastor Zandile, my life partner for the past 35 years now by the grace of God. She is my intercessor, my pillar of strength and motivation. I believe that God has placed us together in such a time as this, so that we can make an impact. 

I heard the man of God (Dr. Robert Kayanja) as he was talking about the theme of this service that the Spirit behind this conference in such a time as this is that we need to be people who pray, people who repent, people who trust God and people who give. 

So today I’m going to just bring in what the Lord God has put in my spirit. I want to salute all the participants in this conference for the impact they are making globally. We give God the praise for the opportunity of being His instrumental and vessels. 

Before I get into the message, I want us to pray. Heavenly Father, we praise Your holy Name, we worship you mighty God. Thank you Father for loving us and choosing us before the foundation of the earth, that we should be your sons and daughters. Father, thank You for establishing us to be your church, the global Universal Church of God in this world. We give You praise. Thank you mighty God for gracing us individually with your holiness. By You we cry Abba Father, thank you Father for that divine empowerment. We praise You and give You the glory. By Your Holy Spirit, we are able to navigate successfully through the many challenges of this life, we give you praise. Thank You mighty God even for the good plans You have for us, individually and for your church in this world. Thank you dear Jesus because you gave us that assurance when You said “upon this rock, I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it” [Matthew 16:18]. We are so grateful to be reminded that we are not leaders of the church but you are the builder of the church. And we are persuaded like Paul that the work You started, by establishing your institution called the church, you shall continue with it to the very end. We shall not be devastated. We shall not be messed up by all the different social economic situations in our world. Father, we know that we shall continue to be strong until that day of the Lord. Lord, I commit these people to You this night, I pray that by the Holy Spirit you’ll touch them, empower them, revive them and transform them through every word You will speak through my lips of clay. Heal those who are sick, Mighty God. Deliver those who need deliverance and transform those situations which need transformation for Your glory in Jesus mighty Name, Hallelujah!

I am going to be speaking to you tonight about three divine powers that must be active in our lives individually and as a church.

I need to remind you people of God that the different occurrences in our world including the COVID-19 situation that has devastated the entire globe since last year 2020, upto this hour, maybe said to be part of one of the things that Jesus predicted (foretold) as recorded in the book of Matthew chapter 24. He said, there shall be greater tribulations, pandemics and pestilence occurring in our world just as we see with the COVID-19 and natural disasters that are happening in the different parts of the world. And also by way of the political conflicts and uprisings and wars. All these things are recorded in the book of Matthew. And then Jesus told us when you go down to verse 13 that  Only those who will persevere to the end shall be saved. So it is my prayer that you continue to trail and press on, you continue to be strong in the Lord, you continue to trust in the Lord your God, you continue to deploy all the principles of the kingdom that are enshrined in the Word of God so that by them we may successfully overcome and prevail over all the challenges of the last hour. Praise the Name of the Lord!

Jesus said something very profound. He said, And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come [Matthew 24:14]. Praise the name of the Lord! We know that we are in the hour where every servant of God and every minister of the gospel must be fully engaged in the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ our Saviour. I just wanted to mention that you know, as my opening remarks before I get into the scriptures that we are going to look at today. 

You know my discourse for this great evening, and there’s a statement that I want to declare again today: regardless of what is happening in our world, we must never forget what the bible declares. The bible says in the book of 1 John 5:4, For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, [even] our faith. In other words, whosoever is born of God or whosoever is born again or whosoever experienced the new birth through the Holy Spirit and salvation overcomes the world. That persuades me. It helps me to realise that as long as I am a born-again, child of God, I will always prevail over every challenge, every problem that life throws at me or whatever problem the devil may throw at you. As long as you are born of God, the scripture never lies. It says, All those who are born of God, they always overcome this world. That’s why I call out my statement, you are not born again to fail. Again, you are not born again to be defeated. Again, you are not born again to suffer. Again, praise the name of the Lord that you are born again to champion over all the challenges of this life, that is to overcome the challenges of this life. Say amen? Praise the name of the Lord. Tell your neighbour or someone who is close to you that remember, “you are not born again to be defeated. Again, you’re not born again to suffer again. You’re not born again to fail again.” That’s why Paul says in Romans 8:37, Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

So as to really navigate successfully through the different challenges we face day by day as Jesus said, that in this world, you shall face many tribulations, many challenges, He said, don’t be dismayed. Don’t be afraid. Remain courageous and confident, because I, Jesus, your captain overcame, so you shall likewise overcome [John 16:33]. Praise the name of the Lord our Saviour forever. Yes, it is a fact of life that COVID-19 has disturbed the normal operations of the church. But we remain persuaded, because the church has got its builder. The church has got its Commander-in-chief, Jesus Christ, our Saviour who said, “Upon this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it” [Matthew 16:18]. So every demonic and satanic maneuver against the church will ultimately be overturned by our faithful Captain, the commander-in-chief of the church, the Lord Jesus Christ in His name. 

Are you following and blessed so far? I just want to say this again: you know, the man of God, Bishop Robert Kayanja is a visionary and a game changer. I mean, regardless of what may be our way, God has placed him, you know, with great grace, the grace to innovate, the grace to come up with a winning strategy that deals with situations without the ground. Look at this great conference that he has put together in such a time as this, the month of September.  My God, the ninth month, the month of birthing; birthing things on Earth. That’s what I’ve declared and proclaimed this month to be, no matter what is happening, and God will help us. He will enable us by His Holy Spirit, to birth a new vision, to birth new ideas, to birth new business concepts, to birth new strategies for continuing to proclaim the gospel aggressively to the shame of the devil. This is a month of birthing. And I proclaim, whatsoever is outstanding in your life, which is supposed to be birthed, to be birthed by now. I decree and I declare that your birthing moment will take place in this conference in the name of Jesus. There shall be amazing breakthroughs. There shall be amazing victories in the name of the Lord.

Doors will open for you. Delays will be terminated by the grace that is accompanying this ninth month. Nine is a number that stands for fruitfulness. That’s why there are nine fruits of the Holy Spirit in Galatians 5:22. Why? Number nine stands for fruitfulness. Write it down so that you just have this additional information and revelation. Nine also stands for divine giftedness. There are nine gifts of the Holy Spirit  according to the book of 1 Corinthians chapter 12. Praise the name of the Lord. Nine gifts of the Holy Spirit. Why not twelve? Why not eight? Why not seven? Because nine is a number of fruitfulness and giftedness. Hallelujah. Nine is also a number. Oh, let me declare just from what I was saying, I decree and I declare that your life shall not be in barrenness, you shall bear more fruit. There shall be grace for greater fruitfulness in the name of Jesus. The Lord our God by the blessed Holy Spirit will help you to bring forth fruit; the fruit of good things, the fruit of greater achievements and the fruit of impact, supernaturally in this ninth month in the name of Jesus! I pray that the gifts of the Holy Spirit upon your life shall be revived again in this ninth month. Number nine, also stands for divine visitation or open heavens if you want.

Holy Spirit Service

The secret of God’s creative power is in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit separates stuff.  He separates the sheep from goats. He separates the land from the sea. He separated Eva from Adam. He is going to separate you from other people. That’s why apostle Paul says, “I am separated.” He was writing to the people of Rome. He states in Romans 1:1, Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called [to be] an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God.

The uniqueness among humans and nations is separation. Death is separation. Birth is separation. A man and a woman get together, each one of them contributes to get a child. But that which they have created, one day, it will be separated from the mother’s womb. And that child will grow in a home, and one day he will get married and he will be separated from the home.

You see the plan and the secrecy of life on earth is that God will constantly separate you. Jesus Christ is the SAME yesterday, today and forever but He is One with the Father. Do you know that because of the problem on the earth, He had to be separated from the Father to come on the earth! In John 17, Jesus prayed to the Father, May you give me the glory which I had with You before the world was. God created the heavens and earth as twins, something happened to the earth even long before you and your parents came here.

Something happened that separates things. You could have been born in an educated family, and you begin to see things not working out. You may even be born in a rich family. There is a spirit and a force that wants to entangle you with anything else. It wants to mix you up with the spirits of this world. That’s why Jesus said, cast the cares of this world. He is not saying do not respond [1 Peter 5:7].

Religious people think that not to care about this world is not to get involved. No! God got involved in this earth. When people talk about casting the cares of this world, it’s like they have no understanding about what God is saying. God came and got involved in this world. His Spirit got involved in this world. And listen, when God’s Spirit is involved, God the Father and the Son will also get involved.

When the earth was void (when there was nothing on this earth), watch this child of God, the Spirit was hovering; He was protecting [Genesis 1:2]. Even when your life is a mess, even when people don’t understand who you are, even when everything is gone out of you, the moment the Holy Spirit is hovering over you, you are about to hear a rhema word from God. Aeroplanes don’t land on seas, apart from very few that land on waters. But majority of planes; huge and small they need an airport to land. They need an aerodrome. Child of God, the aerodrome of God the Father is the Holy Spirit.

Where the Spirit of God is, there’s liberty [2 Corinthians 3:17]. And the bible says, God has given each one of us a Spirit [1 Corinthians 12:7]. Job 32:8 says, But [there is] a spirit in man, And the breath of the Almighty (the ability to create, the living power of God which is the rhema word of God) gives him understanding. Child of God, you have to come to this point of understanding that God, when He was creating you, He created you in His own Image [Genesis 1:27]. The image we are talking about is not that God looks like Pr. Robert Kayanja, because all of us are of different shapes. You think God looks like Pr. Chris? You think God is white? No!

The image He is talking about is the Spirit. We refer to the Holy Spirit as water. The Spirit will take the shape of the body. You didn’t hear what I said; the Spirit of God will take the shape of the body but the body will never take on the shape of the Spirit. So, however much you are anointed and filled with the Holy Spirit, you will never be God. You will never save anybody. You didn’t hear what I just said. Most of you think that you are more holy like God but you’re not. Yes you’re like God in His image, likeness, and once He comes on the inside of you, everybody will see that they who come to Him will have what He has. That is why God is a respecter of no persons [Romans 2:11].

When God created you in His image, He doesn’t look like you. His hands are not like your hands. He has a hand and it has seven fingers. He can write with a finger. He is the Almighty God. Let’s take an example. We have a cup, a glass, a bottle of mineral water and a jar. You cannot tell if this cup has water or not but for the rest you can [because they are transparent]. How come the water in a glass is not shaped as that in the mineral water bottle or the jar? That is what the Holy Spirit is. He takes on the shape of the container. That’s why He will operate in Pr. Robert Kayanja or Pr. Chris; He will operate in Hadijah; He will operate in Pr. Jessica; He will operate in Pr. Benny Hinn and TL Osborne; He will operate in the Jews and Africans why? because He always takes the shape of the vessel.

Child of God, I want you to learn something. When God is talking, He doesn’t say that out of your belly shall flow rivers of living soda? No… It’s living water. If you were not here, and I got a white cup, poured in water, and I said to you, child of God chose from any of these containers which one has water. Would you  be sure this cup has water? No! why? because when God fills you with the Holy Spirit, is a private matter. It’s not a public matter.

When He saves you, He saves you privately but when He starts living in you, it becomes a public affair. So when Jesus called me, I was 17 years old and it was a private matter. I was in my father’s house and he was an Anglican priest. He was not Pentecostal, so I had no knowledge of what Pentecostals do. I had no idea of tongues or anything. I didn’t know how to pray. I only knew how to read prayer from the prayer book but I had no idea that you can pray alone and also pray for hours. So when God is dealing with you, saving you, cleansing you and purifying you, it is a private matter. But when He starts living in you, it becomes a public affair. You now live for Him.

Friends, allow me to end here, but if you have never accepted Jesus in your life or you backslid, I want to give you an opportunity to renew your relationship with the Master. Say, Lord Jesus, come into my life. I accept You to be my Lord and Saviour. Forgive me of all my sins and wash me in Your blood. Write my name in the book of life. Fill me with your Holy Spirit. Friend, you have now got saved. And after this lockdown, when things have normalised, you can join us here at the Miracle Centre Cathedral in any of our services. Keep safe and observe the SOPs. Don’t give yourself to COVID.

National Prayer Session – June/25/2021

As we are praying for the nation of Uganda, Psalms 46:1 says, God [is] our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. 2 Chronicles 7:13-14 speaks it clearly; If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. We want healing and its God’s will to heal all of us. Let Your will be done in Uganda as [it is] done in heaven [Matthew 6:10]. We want health and wealth. God wants His will to be done here on earth as it is done in heaven. We have been trying to do God’s will our way but God wants us to do it His way.

Your excellency, when you declared the 42 days of lockdown, Matthew chapter 1 verse 17, clearly spells out the number you mentioned. Because it says, So all the generations from Abraham to David [are] fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away into Babylon [are] fourteen generations; and from the carrying away into Babylon unto Christ [are] fourteen generations. When you multiply fourteen by three, you get forty two. For we are not in a lockdown, but a lock-in with the blessing of Abraham who is the grandfather of Christians, Muslims and Jews, so it involves every body.

Oh Lord, we come before you on behalf of our nation and leaders. We are like the lepers who never returned to give thanks. We have sinned indeed; in deeds and in words. We have shade innocent blood, broken hearts and caused wounds. Heal us and bind us today. We have stolen and taken that which is not ours, even things which belong to orphans and widows. We have lied and destroyed others for selfish gains. We have not cared for each other. We keep on asking and saying, am I my brother’s keeper yet in Isaiah 58 verse 8, You told us that once we feed the hungry, care for the homeless (refugees), dress the naked, our success will be like the sun rise and our healing will come speedily.

Father, we pray for those in hospitals. We pray for our health system in Uganda, and we pray for all Ugandans who are sick to be healed. Lord, on behalf of Uganda and our government, we vow that this time round, we will plan to succeed because if we don’t plan to succeed, we plan to fail. We repent that we will not distribute beans with stones again or steal food that is meant for the poor. On behalf of all of us including the first family, LORD we receive You as our healer. We vow to give You a day of thanksgiving when this thing (COVID) is over, and it will be a yearly event permanently in the land of Uganda. A thanksgiving which is not for muchomo, but which will bring our national tithe and offerings in cash and in kind led by our first family, the clergy, the business community and all Ugandans.

LORD, the season of elections is over. We pray that you will heal us from the arrogance of winning and the frustration of losing, that we will embark on being one in spirit to understand the mandate entrusted to our country to rebuild again; to look into the 42 generations from Abraham to Christ and  receive those blessings. Because these generations of Abraham to Christ were ALTAR builders. Abraham was a nation builder, David was a national defender, Solomon was a national wealth creator, the Babylonian captives were national lifters, and Jesus Christ our Lord was a global Saviour, Redeemer, Healer and Protector.

LORD, heal our minds so that we may think as You are. Heal our hearts so that we may love as You love. Heal our hands so that we may share what we have with others, and work as you want us to. Everyone You healed, You made whole; make us whole. Dear Lord Jesus, like the woman with an issue of blood, we pray for Uganda our motherland and our country that you make us whole in every area of our lives; spiritually, financially, mentally and family wise. You have said in Your word that You are the Lord who heals us. You said, Behold, I [am] the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me? [Jeremiah 32:27]. You forgive all our sins and heal all our diseases [Psalms 103:3]. You sent out your word, and healed them, and delivered [them] from their destructions [Psalms 107:20].

Heal Lord our relationships, starting with the one we have with You. Heal us oh Merciful Father. Gracious Lord heal us. In Isaiah 38:18, You said, For the dead cannot praise you. Therefore, Lord give us life from the North to the East to the South and to the West. Therefore, we take authority over this COVID because You said, cast out the devil and he will flee from you. We take authority over this COVID-19 pandemic and its variants that you’re in a wrong country. You came to a no nonsense people. This is the land of the Nile in which Moses was saved and which Jesus drunk from, together with all the Hebrew people who defeated slavery. The martyrs of this country, although they were uneducated, they died for the truth of the gospel. Now we celebrate them as Uganda martyrs.

Eh you devil of COVID, get your geography right. This is not India. We are not Brazil. We are neither China nor US. As we defeated HIV, SARS, Ebola and others, maybe the other demons of death that came here before you didn’t tell you the truth, let us tell you that you are a dirty demon. That is why we kill you by just washing our hands. Locusts attacked other regions and destroyed their crops but when they came and laid their eggs here, they never came to pick them up. COVID, you are dealing with a wrong people. The terrorists came here and blast our people but we took war to them in their hiding place in Somalia. COVID, you are dealing with a wrong crowd, and therefore, your time is up. Pack your bags and leave in Jesus’ mighty name.

You demon of COVID, you have locked our schools and churches trying to change our way of life but now, you must pack and leave. In these 42 days, we declare war on you. We will wash our hands with water and soap in order to handle you with no mercy. We will wear our masks in order to communicate in a way you don’t understand. We will social distance in order to space ourselves to shoot you down. We will pray and call upon fire to finish you off;6am in the morning, 1pm and 9pm daily. We resist you for the bible tells us to resist the devil and he will flee from us [James 1:4].

Therefore, we declare a new movement in Uganda called PUSH (Pray Until Something Happens), and we launch it today. We enroll everybody in Uganda including all the religious leaders, now they are members of the new movement called PUSH. Mama Janet Museveni, we appoint you to be the Secretary General. I appoint myself as the chief Mobilizer and by the grace of God, I appoint His Excellency the President of Uganda to be the chief financial officer and funder. We pray and declare the glory of God.

I want to finish with these scriptures which God Himself has told us that, If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land [2 Chronicles 7:14]. That’s why we are calling every home to become a war room and a situation room, where we pray and care for each other and believe God. In Psalms 91:1-16, He says; He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, [He is] my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, [and] from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth [shall be thy] shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; [nor] for the arrow [that] flieth by day; [Nor] for the pestilence [that] walketh in darkness; [nor] for the destruction [that] wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; [but] it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. Because thou hast made the LORD, [which is] my refuge, [even] the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in [their] hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I [will be] with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy UGANDA, and shew him my salvation.

And in Malachi 3:8-10, He says, Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Ye [are] cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, [even] this whole nation. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that [there shall] not [be room] enough [to receive it]. For God and my country. I pray for those in hospitals. I pray for healing in the minds of our people that we may become one in these next five years. I pray that Uganda will turn to be a wonder in the land in these five years. Father, the Nations have heard that we are in a second wave but let them know in the next 42 days that there’s a God called Jehovah; there’s a God who heals and His name is Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God. Lord, heal those battling with cancer. Heal our economy. Give us a heart to praise and worship You that we may come with a thanksgiving at Your table in Jesus’mighty name, and the people say, Amen!

Alot of people are struggling. Alot of people, what they work for today is what they use to feed their families. So it’s very hard. If you are somebody who can help or you are in position to help others, help them. If you are in control of the situation for others, do the right thing.

I was talking to someone today about this very situation; about people struggling to make ends meet before covid-19 happened, then another covid has happened. These people don’t know what to even do. I think right now loyalty and integrity are very important with people.

I know I have ever said this before but I say it to every body, we need to be self-reliant. I say this honestly to amazing people in power and in government, being self-reliant and self-sufficient that is how you cannot be able to rely on other people to help you. It also helps you to help other people. So I think if covid has shown us anything, let it show you the people you can reach out too. Sometimes, they could be your neighbors, the people you stay with, the church because churches too are struggling. Take the time even if you don’t have much and help the people around you, even if you cannot consistently help them. There is a powerful saying, “People will not remember what you said, sometimes they will not remember what you did but they will remember how you made them feel.”

I think we live in this weird time and generation where we want to make people see us and what we have done. If someone is hungry and you feed them, they are not going to remember the support but what they will remember, that is the person who took away the hunger.

Let me first talk to people who can do something. Do what you do with the intent of not getting back. It doesn’t matter what you get back, or you may even not get anything back. Help people with an helping heart. And if you’re a person whose neighborhood are all struggling, this sounds difficult to say, but you might have the greatest opportunity to find a solution. I think that’s very important, because at the end of the day, we have an obligation to help one another. I stopped blaming people because blaming them doesn’t fix anything. Finding solutions does. Sometimes, you in your community, finding solutions might cause the change you want. So at the end of the day, I would say, be willing to let go of the expectations that others will come and fix this for me. And then, you will be able to have some change.

I discovered about something about ALTARS that is very important. It’s in Mark 13:32-33: But of that day or that hour not a [single] person knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Be on your guard [constantly alert], and watch and pray; for you do not know when the time will come. The best way I can put this is preparation. Maybe God wants us to prepare, and you can’t be ready to fight something or to honour someone without preparation.

Preparation is a simple and easy way to show honour to people. If you prepare for anyone, you are showing them an honour that is not due anywhere. Focus on preparation is the one thing that shows honour because you cannot show anyone honour if you don’t prepare. I mean, what can you instantly give someone to show them that you care? If more people had prepared for the lockdown physically, they would have done more when it comes to their spiritual lives. Many people went to pray and others went to the shops to pick up certain stuffs in case lockdown happens, and all of a sudden, when they are locked down, it gets worse. This is because you didn’t show honour in any degree. You then have an opportunity for an altar to prepare it. It’s also important to say, the altar is not the WhatsApp message you sent us and we put your name on the board; if you believe that a range rover is the vehicle to move your family but you put it into a garage after purchasing it, literally it is just for storage. It is only powerful as you use it. So that means, every day wake up and pray. That also means, if it’s an altar, you have prepared for it. You have prepared one to honour God. Secondly, you have prepared it in a way that shows the people around you.

Let’s take an example of a drum stick. Try to break it using your hands. Okey, try breaking it maybe with your knee. And if you succeeded breaking it, then grab two brand new drum sticks and break them using your hands at the same time. You can’t? Now this is what we are do on the board. I can give you a brand new drum stick and you will be able to break it by yourself but when I give you the second one, you can’t break them. This came to my mind. Why covid is working, is because the people praying are doing it individually. What people don’t understand is that, if you look at this in a practical warfare perspective, the devil and his demons, all of them are not stronger than any of those drum sticks. So for one person to stand up and put up a spiritual fight, you can’t handle. But that was difficult with two sticks. Now when we add you a third stick, that will be very impossible for you to break. Imagine the fourth one, the fifth one or the sixth one? What people don’t understand when we tell them to send in their districts, they say, there are people from Kampala. Yes, Kampala is one stick, what about the rest of Uganda with all its covid? Tactically that doesn’t work.

This is how warfare works. In world wars, even when America invaded Iraq, this is what they do. They first cut off food and water. Once you do that, it doesn’t matter their weapons. Hungry and confused people can’t function. If you cannot communicate, you cannot fight. Why is it every single time Covid happens, there’s no food and water. It is not that there’s no medicine but these two things, if you stop them, you can kill anyone. If you take America’s food and water supply, they will kneel down. Let me give you an example, there were no toilet papers in some States in America and they became crazy yet this is a super power.

It is easy to break one person. Those who were beaten and broken are like that stick which was broken. If there’s a prayer warrior and he has been bruised and beaten up spiritually just like that broken stick, and there is someone out there who has also been praying for a long time; just imagine when he sees that, it will be demoralising to the person who has been praying. It’s very difficult to say, I am also going to fight because you know that you will be beaten up.

“If a pastor is defeated by covid or hunger or he is thrown out because he didn’t pay rent, the congregation and the people will be demoralised.”

When you broke the first stick, you were happy but when you were told to grab the second and third stick, even before you trying it you realized that you can’t. The way I think things look like now, one showing up, I am saying so because some of you are not fighting covid but rather poverty, Aids and other diseases. Showing up one is not going to work. Showing up two or three, you cannot be broken (by the devil and his demons). Going alone has to stop. The way people see each other should be like this, everyone seeing the other energised. Imagine if Kampala had many people (praying) standing outside and the devil has to look at them before he brings them covid, he won’t do a thing. However, it’s very easy to harm people who are scared and afraid of doing anything. Just imagine if a thief breaks your door and finds you standing there, that alone would make him go crazy.

Believers, what are you doing? Anybody can take anything from anyone. The devil doesn’t attack people who are spiritually sound the way he attacks anyone else. The devil will come and attack you in a way that even though you do social distancing, he will strike you with hunger, poverty… Why? Because he sees that you are weak, and he will shake your faith all the time. If he can do that, how are you going to fight him? Stand tall and firm. We always say, standstill and know that He is God, we have also written a song, but in the midst of all problems, we run knowing that He is God.

To you who has never accepted Jesus in your life or you backslid, we want to give you an opportunity to renew your relationship with the Master. Say, Lord Jesus, come into my life. I accept You to be my Lord and Saviour. Forgive me of all my sins and wash me in Your blood. Write my name in the book of life. Fill me with your Holy Spirit. Friend, you have now got saved. And after this lockdown, when things have normalised, you can join us here at the Miracle Centre Cathedral in any of our services. Keep safe and observe the SOPs. Don’t give yourself to covid.

Sunday Service, 20th -June- 2021

Today is father’s day and not man’s day. Their are those who will be called father even though they are not biologically fathers. The word father is an English word. We have similar words in different languages. In Latin it is called Papa. That’s where the word Pope originated from. In most countries, father is known as Papa. Here in Luganda, we call it Taata. Others call it Igwe and some call it Kitaffe.

Wherever you go, the word father comes with a lot of emotions. In itself, it has somebody who is rich. If you are an English student, you are going to learn a lot of things from the word “father”. You will also discover that in a father, there is a lot of stuff.

Every child walks to the father and know that his father is the best. Each child’s father is the best in the eyes of that child. Every child knows that his father can do anything. He can kill a loin or bear. Whatever you tell a child, he will never dispute you because a father is always a hero before the child. A father is a provider, defender and leader in his family, and no one can dispute that. A father’s position is not up for elections or grabs. A father is a father.

When there is an absentee father, you can tell that something is wrong with that family especially when the mother becomes a father. So the responsibility of a father is to lead upfront and see better than what others can see. You lead upfront and defend by the back. It is like when a father is walking through a dangerous position, he will tell his children to get behind him, or hold on to him and then he will go ahead. When a father reaches a place where the view is clear, then he takes the back seat. A father can defend the family from whatever that is coming to attack the family from behind. So the positioning of a father in terms of responsibility keeps on shifting.

Today, I look back at the life of my father. He was raised among the three children (one daughter and two sons) by my grandfather who was a rich man in Singo but then, he chose to preach the gospel. My grandfather moved with Apollo Kivembulaya whom they now call a Saint till he died. The amazing story is this, my grandfather sent my Dad to someone who could raise him up after realising that he couldn’t live any longer due to the illness he had contracted from Bonga – Zaire because it had no cure at that time. It was a liver disease that caused blindness. My grandfather wrote a letter to Bishop Wills and asked him to be a father to his son (my dad). My father’s brother (uncle Moses) had joined the military and he was among those (Baseveni) who went for the second world war in Bama. Uncle Moses was the eldest and since my dad was young, they couldn’t take him to fight in Bama. My father was sent to be taken care of by this bishop. My father was later sent to Mukono to study theology and also education. He was an educationalist [head teacher] in Wampewo, Ssangi and he really raised many people.

When we look at the life of Abraham, he was one and his wife Sara by the time God called him, but they are responsible to children who are even us. Abraham became our father because of his God. Therefore, you can become a father biologically or a father of Nations spiritually by the presence and power of God, because the Lord said, I will make you a blessing and through you all the families of the earth shall be blessed [Genesis 12:2-3]. Isaiah 63:16 says, But you are our Father, though Abraham does not know us or Israel acknowledge us; you, LORD, are our Father, our Redeemer from of old is your name. When we go to heaven, Abraham might say, you’re not my grandson; you are too black and dark, get away but we shall tell him, because of your God, we are in the same heaven now.

So the role of a father and his position demands that you transmit that which God as given you. Not only what you have because what you have is a seed (sperm) and yet you are limited in scope. When God gives you His seed, His Spirit and His anointing, that is massive, that is powerful, that is great; you affect a Generation, you affect a Nation, you affect a group of people of men and women who are going to affect everyone because of what God has given you. Then there is also something that you have to do; not only giving out but you have to do in order to secure, strengthen and father that which will take over the world tomorrow. Let me break it down for you. Look at Abraham. He was responsible for the whole world, even upto today. The man died long time ago but he found in God a Father. The word Jehovah is not only meaning Lord. It means the Father. It means the origin.

When they talk about Jesus’ genealogy in Matthew chapter one, they break it down; so and so begat this one. In other words, he fathered so and so… The father can always start something. He can always have a new beginning. Once you have the anointing of a father, you can start something. When Jesus was teaching us about our heavenly Father according to John 17, He was trying to say, I am introducing to you a force, a power and an anointing that can start you up anyhow, anytime anywhere. God is your Father. Matthew 6:9 says, After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Our Father, we are here on earth.

A Father can start anything without first borrowing the money from the bank or asking for your help. He can handle your situation. When the father is handling your situation, you become bigger than the enemy. That is why this day of the father’s day, all of you fathers allow God to handle your situation[s]; it maybe that family house which you have not finished or that business which has just been closed or maybe your child is stubborn. There is a bigger Father than you, and He can father all of us. He is capable of handling all our situations.

Child of God, your Father is well known, and His reputation is that He has defeated the devil. He is the God of war. He is the God of betterment. He is the God of victory. He is the God who owns cattle on a thousand hills. Your God has a reputation that He even comes on earth and chases away the devil, and then goes to hell and takes the keys from there. That is the reputation of your heavenly Father. He is a no nonense. When He starts something, He finishes it. When He speaks, it comes to pass. Demons know Him. The heavens and earth know Him. When things are messed up, He just speaks and things come to order. That is our Father. He knows how to bless, save, redeem, defend, choose, lift and glorify. That is your Father.

Child of God, do not despair. Don’t give up Uganda. Even in the midst of this pandemic of covid-19, our Father has ever handled viruses. He handled the Spanish flue pandemic. He handled the Ebola and HIV. He is now handling covid-19. Don’t give up child of God. We have a Father and He knows your name. He will defend you. He will protect you. He will guide you. He will save you. He will set you free. He is your heavenly Father. No matter what happens or what the devil tries to do to you, your heavenly Father is stronger than you have ever known. He is the everlasting Father. He is the King of kings and LORD of lords. That’s your Father. Call upon Him today and He will answer you in time. Call upon Him and He is ready to be your Father. He is the Father to the fatherless. He made you, so He will sustain you. He will protect and guide you in the mighty name of Jesus, the Son of the Living God. He is the SAME yesterday, today and forever. So trust in Him today. Believe in Him today. Ask Him today, my Father…

Time came when Jesus had to die and He surprised the devil in John 17. The devil knew that Jesus was the Son of God because he had seen Him do things; he had seen the Holy Spirit come upon Him. So he came to Him in the wilderness to have a conversation with Him, and he said, “if you are a Son of God” because he knew this level of a battle and encounter was going to take the Son of God. It was going to take someone who had a father. And that is what he (the devil) came for. The devil said, “if you are the Son of God“…he knew that the heaven was opened. When you have your Father, heaven will open for you. When you have a Father, the devil will be defeated. Whatever you are going through, the devil will be defeated [Matthew 4:1-6].

In John 17, Jesus said something. The bible says, and Jesus lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, “Father…” This is how you deal with the bullies. You must have a Father. The economies, the situations, circumstances and illnesses, call on your Father, “Father, my heavenly Father, my Father…” Identify yourself with God by calling Him Father. Jesus warned us never to call any man on earth “Father” because you only have one Father [Matthew 23:9]. Don’t call anybody Papa because they don’t have the ability to step in and deal with your bully. They don’t have the ability to come and fight this Covid-19. Jesus put it in sixty minute when He said, “Father, the hour is come; glorify…” Let the glory; the source of provision; the world bank; the money we need…the hour has come. In other words, in sixty minutes bring the glory that my needs will be met. My need is in the glory of God. That is why I told you child of God that we need to bring in the glory of God, and all our needs shall be supplied [Philippians 4:19].

I don’t know where you are right now or what you are going through, but may the Father’s glory come upon you today, and meet your need[s]. That is why child of God, those who know their God as their Father shall do exploits. First of all, they will be STRONG and will do exploits.

There are things that are going to weaken many people; the economy, health, relationships, death, fear, but they that know their God as their Father, shall be strong. You see when Elijah is going, Elisha is staying. Do you know how he got that double anointing? Do you know how he received that mantle? The mantle was going with Elijah. Elisha cried “my father, my father”. At the cross, Jesus cried “my Father, my Father”… We will never know your DNA until we know the DNA donated by your father. Your Father in heaven wants to deposit something in the inside of you so that you may be like Him. “My father, my father, the chariots of Israel and it’s riders”, Elisha cried [2 Kings 2:12].

People of God, we have a Father and He knows you by name. He is calling you today. If you are not born again, He wants you to become born again. If you are not saved or not caring, call Him Father.If you thought that you have not educated your children so what do they want from you, you are a father. A father will never give up. The Father will never quit on us. When we knock on His door, He will open it. When we ask, He will provide. So this morning, I want you to have a Father in heaven. I have a Father and He knows me by name.

Father in the name of Jesus, I give You praise. May You be a Father to us as a country, as a people, as a church and as a family. Oh God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, may You be a Father to all men. Heavenly Father, I need You to be my real Father. I eagerly want You in Jesus’name.

This is what He says in Psalms 2:7, I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou [art] my Son; this day have I begotten thee. God has begotten you. God has fathered you. Number 42 in Greek means to begot. So you are about to birth something; a great idea which can never be stopped or shutdown by the pandemic.

If we are children of our Father, we shall do things that will shake the devil and shutdown hell. We will do things that will tell the devil enough is enough. We will do things that will tell the enemy that we are different people.

#Afternoon Session (Part-2)

Previously:

The Joy of the Lord is our strength. Whenever God is joyful and pleased, He gives us more strength.

And Now:

How do you please the Father? Philippians 4:6 tells us to, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let our requests be made known to God; [7] and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. This means don’t be anxious of anything and don’t be greedy. By prayer, petition and thanksgiving let your requests be made unto the Lord.

There are moments when you have to petition God, and there are still moments when you got to give thanks to God. We must be grateful people, that even though we have little, we bring it before our God. When Jesus was born, the angel said, Glory be to God; goodwill to all men and the peace of God. The peace of God transcends all human understanding; The peace of God is the bank of God. When Jesus was born, He brought all the riches of God here on earth – now this surpasses all understanding. In the space when Jesus was born, there were some safes of money that fell down, called the peace of God.

Job 22:21 says to Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee. To be healthy, is it good? or is prosperity good? If prosperity and healthy are good, they are now coming to you today. Peace doesn’t mean that there is no war, infact the war has just began. Listen to this, God has been angry at us but since we have repented and prayed unto Him, now Land is coming to us. Job said, Now be at peace with Him.  When you have peace with God, plenty of gold will come to you. God is still in the business of blessing.

• You must have a Joy attitude. We are going to pray and He will give you the anointing not by power nor by the mighty but by His Spirit. You ladies, don’t worry that you are aging, your Boaz is coming!
• I am confident in this very thing. Apostle Paul wrote, that He who began a good work in you shall complete it [Philippians 1:6]. The God we believed came way back from first Adam through second Adam and now you are the third Adam.
• Colossians 4:2 reads, Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. In Prayer, we don’t close our eyes. Jesus said watch and pray, and here Paul is telling the Colossians to devote themselves to prayer. All of Uganda is about to hold you and request where you pray from.
• Gratitude. Therefore, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have got it; the other translation says, verily verily I say to you [John 16:23]. If someone says, I pray and it never worked, that person was in a shrine, Prayer works? Look at what Mark 11:22 says, “Have faith in God,” Jesus answered.

People of God, Pray for things you have never seen before. Simon said, I will never die till I see Messiah; he lived 112 years, and Prayer preserved him. Have faith in receiving. sometimes the word of God comes through a song. One day, Mary told the men, do whatever He tells you to do. That was a rhema word. And when Jesus came, He said, Fill the jars with water. The miracle was between the word of Mary and the word of Jesus [John 2:5-7]. Tell the person next to you, since I came here, God has been listening to me. Child of God, you must be drawn to worship and in faith even when you are alone. You know people of God, when you are drawn to worship, you are activated to give…

The scripture says, Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer [Romans 12:12]. This is what is called worship. Prayer is like entering bank of Uganda’s strong room with a letter from the President to pick two Million dollars, and yet you have to pass through a gate. Child of God, whatever I have talked about is PRAYER. God has already given you what you have prayed for but you must go and pick your stuff.

As I conclude: Be careful of the speaking thoughts. They are an abortion to your faith. Many miracles we have been aborted because of the speaking thoughts. We always think from the negative view. Your thoughts speak. Church, if we don’t understand what prayer and the Holy Spirit can do, we are finished. You must have your thoughts with you in prayer. Where two or three gather in His name, He is there. The Lord is near to those who call upon Him. God is near to you.

You must understand the Jesus community; Hebrews 4:16 says, Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. Child of God, you must approach the throne of God, and the first thing you must do before you approach the throne is to have Jesus and confidence. God’s throne of grace and mercy is acquired. Grace must be found- and Noah found Grace.

Finally brethren, we have a rewarding Father. Psalms 18:6 says In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, [even] into his ears. God dwells above the dark clouds, that’s why it had to rain three times. The heavens have accepted and we are candidates for God’s Blessings, Wisdom and Power.

# Afternoon Session (Part-1) – The Joy Of The Lord

Previously:

You must brag to the devil that your Father is in heaven… Jesus said, I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.

And Now:

We have dealt with two things so far: repentance and spiritual warfare. Listen to this child of God, repentance opens the door to the Almighty God, and it gives you access to the Father. In other words, you go back to the Father again. It is very important we learn how to Repent.

Now that you are a child of God, the Joy of the Lord is your Strength. Say it again 21times, the Joy of the Lord is my strength. If God is happy, you are strong and that is what it means. STRENGTH is one of the gifts of God according to the book of Revelation 5:12. The scripture reads, Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and STRENGTH, and honour, and glory, and blessing.

God said, this is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased [Matthew 3:17]. Jesus humbled Himself and He was baptised by man. This made God HAPPY. Remember the scripture says, if My people who are called by My name will ‘HUMBLE’ themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land [2 Chronicles 7:14]. HUMILITY means to PLEASE the Father because when the Father is HAPPY (Pleased), you become STRONG.

The scripture says, they that know their God shall be STRONG, and do exploits [Daniel 11:32]. Get ready, you are about to see Ugandans very strong. Child of God, what you have just done today has PLEASED God. They that know their God shall do exploits.

Listen to this child of God, after you have repented and driven away the devil, you become Humble. For the bible says, He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty [Psalms 91:1], and The humble shall inherit the Land; they will take in abundant peace [Psalms 37:11 ISV]

People of God, where do you find the Mighty hand of God? God said to Gideon to get men who could drink like dogs – “Humble”… Child of God, when God is happy/pleased, you become stronger than your enemies therefore the secret is simple, Just please God. If I were you, today let us PLEASE the Lord. You who are Humble, you are about to inherit the earth.

Those who are going to Please the Father shall be stronger than Goliath. Child of God, you are going to use your time, your home, your money,….to Please the Father. When David came and saw the whole army of Israel scared, Goliath speaking against the child of God, he said, for who [is] this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the living God? [1 Samuel 17:26]. I will kill you, Goliath. God in heaven got Pleased and said, Yes I have someone. David was humble. Can God use you to bring salvation in your family? He is looking for a Man…those Goliaths in your family, now that their is a David in you, Humility will cause you to kill the Goliath hurting your family.

As I conclude: child of God, Goliath is coming down; those who grab Land and those who change things, wait and see in the next 90days, you will testify. Do you know what has happened in heaven today, Millions of angels have descended in Uganda.

STILL 2 COME: You must enter prayer with your thoughts; thoughts speak and they can easily abort your Faith. He said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give [it] you [John 16:23].
